Lensee Nelson is a mortgage banker through The Federal Savings Bank’s Military Spouse Program. As an Air Force military spouse, she is excited to be a part of a veteran-owned mortgage bank. Through her extensive career as a licensed nail technician, she developed a sharp skillset in building client relationships and running a business.
With over 12 years of experience in professional customer service, Lensee has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower through the mortgage lending and homebuying process to achieve their financial goals. She prides herself on taking the time needed to understand her customers’ immediate and long-term goals, finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Having helped hundreds of clients, she understands how confusing the home buying or refinance process can be. She strongly believes her background enhances her skillset in relating to people, making them feel at ease and educated throughout the mortgage transaction. Lensee ensures superior guidance and care for anyone who works with her.
Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Lensee has been stationed with her husband in New Mexico, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Hawaii, and currently Apollo Beach, Florida. They have four children, ages 13, 11, and 7-year-old twins. She loves all things art and is a huge sports fan. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering locally at her church through their “Love Our City” program.
