Kevin LaFever was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He started working in the mortgage industry as a loan officer in 1995 and quickly earned a reputation for going above and beyond for his clients. Kevin’s passion is helping people consolidate bills and purchase homes.

Kevin has experience in all areas of mortgage financing, but he specializes in Down Payment Assistance Programs/Grants, Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans.
Kevin moved to San Diego in 2014 and continues to originate mortgages all over the country. He chose to work with The Federal Savings Bank because it allows him to offer a wide array of mortgage products to his clients in all 50 states. Kevin stays active coaching and helping his children in baseball, track, football, and tennis. He is also a big Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan.
