Jim Martino graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in business administration. After graduating, Jim spent several years working for a large food manufacturing company in their sales division where he and his teammates earned national recognition. While living in Annandale, Virginia he spent several years as a mortgage loan officer helping many first-time and repeat homebuyers accomplish their homeownership goals. Jim and his family later moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia where he continued to build his career as a trustworthy, hardworking, customer focused, reliable mortgage banker.
With over 30 years of experience and thousands of satisfied customers, Jim, an award-winning Mortgage Banker, has the knowledge and diligence to help each borrower plan and structure an optimal mortgage. Jim does this through excellent communication and a mortgage planning process perfected over time that is specifically designed to understand his customers financial goals.
Jim resides in Spotsylvania, Virginia with his wife of 33 years. He and his wife have eight wonderful children and are trying to finish the parenting race strong by raising their last three sons to be responsible young men. Outside of work, Jim and his wife are actively involved in their church and community. In his free time, Jim enjoys being with his wife and children, reading, exercising, and a little gardening.
