Jayne Timlin started her mortgage career in 2003 upon moving her children to Manhattan to pursue an acting career for her youngest daughter. Throughout her entire career, she has enjoyed helping her clients in achieving the American Dream of homeownership. 20 years later and she has yet to look back, and she genuinely looks forward to continuing to help clients with us here at The Federal Savings Bank.
“Getting a mortgage with your best interest in mind” has always been Jayne’s top priority. She educates and serves the needs of new homebuyers and homeowners through careful discussions around topics such as monthly payments, down payments, and affordability goals. Jayne prides herself on her patience and providing a calming influence for her clients. This led to Jayne receiving recognition for customer service, and she continues to enjoy getting to know her clients. Jayne makes sure she is always available to them, being a phone call or text away anytime.
Jayne raised her four children (now adults) in the NYC public schools and currently enjoys nine grandchildren! Outside of spending time with family, Jayne enjoys live theater, TV, and film. Jayne is also proud to say she is an avid reader.!
