Janet Linda Hoskins graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. While obtaining her degree, Janet began her career in Real Estate to help pay for college. Janet transitioned into the world of mortgage banking when she discovered the huge need for sincere, trustworthy, and knowledgeable loan originators.
With over 20 years of mortgage lending experience, Janet has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. Janet prides herself on thinking outside of the box to handle the most challenging borrowing situations for both purchases and refinances. Because of Janet’s exceptional personal attention given to each client, she becomes their companion throughout the entire loan process. She provides each customer with the knowledge and understanding that is required to earn their trust and help them through every step of the loan process. Janet ensures that each borrower receives superior guidance as they pursue one of the most significant and personal investments of their lifetime.
Janet resides in Millsboro, Delaware with her husband of 42 years, as well as her pet turtle, Myrtle. She recently moved there to be near the beach that she loves. Her kids currently reside in Maryland, and when she is not spending time with them and other family, she enjoys riding jet skis with her husband.
