Jacqueline Hernandez was born in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, but eventually moved here to the U.S. at the age of 3. Ever since she was young, Jacqueline has always enjoyed helping people. That love for helping people is what led her to joining the mortgage industry. 30 years later, she has yet to look back.
Jacqueline comes to us here at The Federal Savings Bank with three decades of experience. Throughout her years in the industry, she has worked in different sectors ranging from processing, to underwriting, to eventually becoming the successful Loan officer she is today. In fact, she was even awarded President Club honors from 2005-2007 for closing $15+ million in loans! Throughout her successful career, Jacqueline has learned the importance of one major thing: following up. She knows that there is a balance between keeping the client informed and remaining transparent with them, and keeping them engaged and focused. Jacqueline has mastered this balance and is able to help numerous clients on a daily basis. Anybody who has the privilege of working with Jacqueline will see just how motivated and caring she is!
Jacqueline currently resides in Chicago, IL. She has been married for 31 years and has a 31-year-old son, as well as a 26-year-old daughter. Jacqueline also has 2 dogs, and is hoping to be a grandmother one day! In her spare time, Jacqueline can be seen taking in a Cubs game at Wrigley or indulging on some Marvel movies. She also enjoys her fair share of concerts and stand-up comedy shows, and is even preparing to run her first 13.1 marathon here soon!
