Jack Foster is originally from Boston, Massachusetts. He joined the mortgage industry back in 2001 and has worked in and gained experience from a handful of different positions in this industry. He has experience from the realtor side of things, as well as the loan origination and HUD counseling side. Jack is beyond excited to bring his knowledge and experience to us here at The Federal Savings Bank!
During the foreclosure crisis, Jack took his talents to the nonprofit HUD counseling world and specialized in foreclosure loss mitigation, prepurchase education & reverse mortgage counseling. He managed a team of counselors in the metro Phoenix, AZ area and was able to save over fifteen thousand homes in the valley. Jack has seen the benefits of reverse mortgage from a third-party unbiased position as a HUD counselor and he made sure to bring that empathetic concern to his career in the reverse mortgage industry. Currently specializing in HECM reverse mortgage and forward mortgage originations, Jack is a caring and knowledgeable mortgage professional who is eager to start helping his new TFSB clients.
In his free time, Jack enjoys relaxing when he can. He also loves to spend time with his family and friends whenever the opportunity to arises.
