Izumi Kuwabara was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to Arizona in 2010 to attend Northern Arizona University. He graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business degree and Minor in Japanese. After a few years working in hospitality, he made the career change to Finance and has been a licensed Mortgage Banker since 2016.
Izumi has close to a decade of mortgage experience, having stayed committed to the mortgage banking industry even when rates were at an all time high. He has worked with Purchase, Refinance and Veteran loan programs. Izumi applies his hospitality background into the Finance world by being very knowledgeable, respectful, and showing how much he cares for each client. He is highly skilled in helping his clients better understand not just the immediate short term plan, but also long term goals to leverage their mortgage to improve their lifestyle.
Izumi currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. In his free time you can most likely find him staying active by enjoying the outdoors or playing soccer. He enjoys attending music festivals with friends and exploring new cities in the US.
