Pam graduated from Hofstra University and began her career as a teacher. After receiving her Master’s degree, she decided to take a position with a major textile manufacturer as one of the first women in outside sales. Selling fabric to a diverse group of people seemed like the career for her. She moved into management and excelled within the textile industry. When that US industry began to wane, she then spent several years in market research. The common thread whether education, textiles or a brand, was selling a product.

Now with over ten years of mortgage experience, prospective borrowers are elated to receive a personal hands on approach. Pam prides herself on being readily available to her borrowers and offers first time home buyers patience and knowledge. Her customer relationships go back years and span generations within families. She serves as VP of her coop Board and has been a director the past 24 years. This has proven invaluable, offering added insight into who might have a positive outcome when buying a coop or condo.

Pam is a long time Manhattanite. She and her husband are lucky enough to have their children, grandchild, siblings, friends and grandpup near by. Pam and her husband walk a great deal and enjoy exploring all the neighborhoods of NYC, to see what is new, happening and how it might feel to live in that particular area.
