Eric Katz joined The Federal Savings Bank in 2012 as Regional Senior Vice President. He has been integral in helping The Federal Savings Bank grow to be one of the largest VA home lending institutions in The United States. His region attributes for over 35% of the total loan volume at the company.
Eric deeply cares about his team and customers. He excels at motivational speaking and puts his team members ahead of himself. That, in combination with his results-oriented leadership style, leads to successfully achieving business goals.
He brings to the table 15 years of experience in the home lending industry. Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, Eric worked at Bank of America as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, but craved the one-on-one attention he knows is critical for customers and decided to join The Federal Savings Bank.
Eric lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending the summers in Chicago, where he participated in the Buddy Baseball Program which allows handicapped youths the opportunity to play baseball on a real team. His father Michael who is a retired-disabled Marine veteran, started this program over 20 years ago, and in doing so he received the Illinois State Governors Hometown award.
