Being a direct lender allows Wilson to potentially provide financing to many people who have been turned away due to negative equity, lack of down payment, high debt-to-income ratios, or simply because their current loan has something like private mortgage insurance.
Wilson enjoys helping his clients save money or even purchase the home of their dreams. He also likes being outdoors, playing sports or board games with his kids. Wilson and his family enjoy being outdoors in the pool, going on hikes and going on bike rides. He always makes sure his customers are just as happy as he feels when he is swimming with his kids because to Wilson, his clients are also like his family.
