Wes Waddle

HECM Vice President

Wes Waddle was born in Marion, Ohio, the home of President Warren G. Harding. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and is qualified to teach English and Music. He later received two post-graduate degrees in Theology and Religion. After graduating, Wes worked in various areas of finance including credit cards and collections before settling in the mortgage and real estate industries; where he has worked for the past thirty years. He has earned the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker, which is the highest designation offered through the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also a mortgage instructor and a real estate instructor where he is approved to instruct in the areas of Contract Law, Real Estate Legal Issues and Ethics.

After almost twenty-five years of marriage, Wes was widowed. He understands the heartache and difficulty associated with growing older. He enjoys teaching about the benefits of the Reverse Mortgage also known as a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM). HECM has changed a great deal since its inception in 1961. Many people are not aware of the power of the HECM in retirement planning. HECM will help retirees (and soon to be retirees) as they enjoy the features and benefits of this program. Wes will be happy to work with CPAs and Financial Advisors to help create a plan which will be beneficial in your retirement.

Wes is now happily married and lives with his wife in a “55 and older” community. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering as a Certified Flight Instructor with organizations such as the Civil Air Patrol, where he holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Wes also is an avid runner.
