Get acquainted with Tom Pifer, a third generation Californian. Tom grew up in the East Bay Area and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from California State University, Chico. He loves calling Northern California home and has enjoyed living the city life in San Francisco, buying his first home in Roseville, and has spent the past 5 years living the forest life in unincorporated Placerville.
Tom developed his passion for lending while purchasing his first home. The freedom of homeownership hooked him. He has been helping clients experience that freedom for the past 25 years originating home loans. He has witnessed the joy of hundreds of first-time homebuyers receive the keys to their new home, and he always looks forward to helping his next client get there. Tom continues to enjoy the freedoms of homeownership. His current property encompasses 6 forested acres and provides many joys. He can now say he has lived in the snow, downed a tree and witnessed the power and destruction of wildfire. He is married with two sons graduating High School. He is a proud Dad with one son attending college at his alma mater and the other attending college in San Francisco.
