Tom Kalustian graduated from California State University Long Beach with a degree in Linguistics and a minor in Computer Science. Out of college, Tom began working for a local high school district as a program specialist, overseeing curriculum access and serving on cross-curricular committees to better support hundreds of students in the area. While living in Los Angeles, Tom then began working for a major hotel renovation contractor as a project manager and oversaw successful hotel renovation projects with budgets of over $30 million.
With his drive to help people and detail-oriented perspective, Tom prides himself in being able to successfully listen, understand and respond to each client’s individual needs. He takes the time to comprehend clients’ goals and build positive relationships that lead to many personal referrals. With Tom’s warm demeanor and ability to explain complex concepts in a very digestible manner, Tom will ensure that you’ll leave the mortgage process satisfied in knowing that you got a great program and why.
Tom currently lives in Maryland. He loves reading, spending time with his dog, and enjoying the sun. He is a hometown fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers, maintains a garden, and can be found on the weekends exploring his new home state.
