Todd Raile attended Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. After school in 1996, he began his finance career in the mortgage industry working for a mortgage broker and eventually advanced to became a mortgage banker. Todd’s knowledge of the mortgage process is immeasurable from within the retail and wholesale markets, as well as the secondary markets. His experience and ability to originate nationwide helps set expectations for all borrowers from first time home buyers to long-term investors.
Todd has more than 23 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Throughout his career, he has worked hard to cultivate long lasting relationships with realtors, buyers, industry professionals and non-profit entities. Todd serves as an approved lender for several non-profit organizations where he assists in educating potential buyers about the importance of buying a home, as well as provides information about down-payment assistance programs for low income borrowers. He works hard to maintain a connection with the community through these outreach programs and serves as a true asset for all his potential clients. Todd maintains strong business in both his home markets of Tampa, Florida and Phoenix, Arizona.
When Todd is away from work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is an active person who enjoys playing or attending sporting events, working out or just spending time in the sun.
