Timothy Delaney brings 20+ years of sales and customer service experience to The Federal Savings Bank. Understanding that for most buying a home is one of the largest investments the consumer can make and choosing the right company and the right type of loan are two critical decisions.
As an experienced and dedicated lending professional, Timothy will ensure his clients fully understand all home financing options he can offer. He believes that choosing the right mortgage program is as important as choosing the right home. He also prides himself on always being available to his clients, day or night, to answer any questions that they might have. By the end of the process, he hopes to be seen as not only a mortgage banker but a trusted consultant.
In his free time, Timothy enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Some of their favorite activities to do together include outdoor activities, golf, cycling, and staying active in their community.
