Tim Beverly Sr has more than 20 years of experience working as a mortgage Banker and mortgage counselor. He has worked with clients of all kinds from first time homebuyers to seasoned homeowners, helping thousands of families throughout the country attain homeownership. Tim works with all types of loans from FHA to VA to Conventional loans, and with all types of credit profiles from low to excellent credit.
Tim seeks to help educate all borrowers to better equip them for their financial and housing needs. He regularly provides home buyer seminars to help borrowers understand their credit profile, as well as their journey to successful home ownership. Tim works with numerous non-profit housing organizations throughout the country, and has built his reputation as a seasoned mortgage banker that works very hard to assist his customers in becoming successful homeowners.
After attending high school in Indiana, Tim Beverly set off to serve proudly as a US Marine -“Semper Fidelis”. After his tour of duty in the Marines, Tim met his wife, Lori, of 25 years. Together they raised 3 beautiful children in the state of Minnesota – A’chia and China, both University of Minnesota grads, and TJ, a University of Indiana grad. In his free time Tim enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves to ice fish and a round of golfing or two.
