Thomas Duong graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, Thomas served eight years in the US Air Force as an intelligence officer. After serving in the military, Thomas began an extensive career in residential mortgage lending. He has held roles as a retail loan officer and branch manager in the San Francisco Bay Area where he has helped hundreds of clients with conventional and jumbo loans.

With over sixteen years of real estate and mortgage lending experience, Thomas is passionate about putting clients into optimal mortgages to meet their financial needs. He prides himself in taking the time to understand his client’s needs and finding the best solutions to meet their short and long-term goals. He has made a successful career of placing hundreds of clients into their homes on time and with the peace of mind that their mortgage was set for years to come. Home buying can be a stressful experience, so he makes it his mission to provide his clients with every viable financial option while setting realistic expectations. He takes the guesswork out of doing mortgages and creates a strong level of trust with his clients, realtors, and business partners.

Thomas lives in Irvine, California with his wife of twelve years and two children. He is the past president of a local organization within his community and presently holds community outreach vice chair within that organization, working with and supporting thousands of members spanning thirty-eight states. Thomas is an avid outdoorsman and loves to travel with his family.
