Theoni Rapo graduated from Washington College with a double major degree in Business Administration and Economics, earning departmental honors on her thesis about the evolution of the mortgage industry. Theoni has been with TFSB since the summer after her freshman year of college in 2016. She managed to work for TFSB and attend college at the same time, which was a unique learning experience for her to use the tools outside of the classroom into her work life as a mortgage banker assistant. Theoni has worked with several mortgage bankers nationwide and offices during the time she has been with us.

Theoni came from an immigrant family and came to the states in 2001 from Albania, therefore seeing devoted work ethic was not uncommon most of her life. She has worked in the restaurant industry as floor manager, a tour guide at her college and had many influential roles in her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, in college. Since Theoni has worked for TFSB since 2016, she has gained enormous insight on the mortgage process and regulations, but the most valuable learning experience would be customer service. Knowing how to ease a client into a big purchase is key to a successful buying transaction, and Theoni has plenty of experience with customer service.

After she graduated in May 2019, Theoni moved to Fenwick Island, DE and is working out of the Selbyville office. Outside of work, Theoni enjoys working out and getting to enjoy the beach on nice days, since she is so close to it now!
