Theodore Tracey began his career as a financial advisor in 1997. He started in retirement planning, and later transitioned to mortgage lending, eldercare advisory, and senior veterans benefits. He spent several years as a branch manager helping homebuyers with down payment assistance programs and grants. Theodore has also assisted many senior veterans with their financing needs including both mortgages and eligibility for VA aid and attendance pension.

With over 20 years in the financial industry, Theodore’s main focus has been in mortgage lending and eldercare advisory. He prides himself on taking the time to understand his clients’ needs and finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Because of his extensive knowledge of available programs, Theodore has performed many educational workshops on government benefits for seniors with various churches, senior centers, and veteran organizations. The topics include financing options for eldercare long term care, government-insured mortgages, and senior veteran/spousal benefits. This expertise allows him to make the loan process as seamless as possible for each of his clients.

A native of New Jersey, Theodore currently resides in Suffern, New York. He continues to serve his community as an executive board member of JAMCCAR (Jamaican Civic and Cultural Association of Rockland), The Hackensack Rotary Club, and The New Jersey Care Plus Workforce Solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, dining, and sport events.
