Terrence Whittler graduated from Illinois Benedictine University with a degree in business administration and a minor in finance. After obtaining his degree, he began his extensive career
in the mortgage banking area. While living in Chicago’s south suburbs, he spent several years as a mortgage loan officer, sales manager and vice president/owner of a small mortgage company.
With over 25 years of mortgage banking experience, Terrence has assisted thousands of home buyers in securing the American dream of home ownership, often specializing in FHA, VA and conforming loans. He has the knowledge and ability to customize a mortgage for each borrower that will achieve their short and long-term goals. Focusing on making sure his clients understand the mortgage process, he walks each homebuyer through the steps and try to eliminate the stress and concerns that many first-time homebuyer’s have. He also prioritizes giving the best financing available to all government employee’s, as well as those who are serving as our veterans.
Terrence resides in University Park with his wife of more than 26 years and his four children. His family is active in the local church and community, and he is an active Cook Country patrol officer for the second district area. In his free time, Terrence enjoys golfing, swimming and vacationing with his family.
