Ted Fish

Mortgage Banker

Ted Fish graduated from Colorado State University with a Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. After graduating, he started working in the trades where he expanded his knowledge of home construction. Realizing he wanted a change, Ted moved back to his home state of Illinois, where he started his career in mortgage financing with a small broker in Lombard. Ted focused on becoming a banker known for his “pounding the pavement” business approach, and rapidly rose in this former company to become a VP of Mortgage Lending.

Ted brings 13 years of experience to The Federal Savings Bank. He has established a great rapport as a loan officer, creating long term solid relationships with clients and realtors throughout Northern Illinois. Ted’s dedication to his clients and referral partners has helped his business flourish and grow through strong word of mouth recommendations. He helps his clients make their money go the furthest by strategizing loan programs and taking extra steps to connect with his borrowers so they are fully comfortable with every step of the mortgage process.

Ted resides in St. Charles, Illinois. When he is away from work, Ted enjoys time with his son, coaching baseball and playing golf. He loves to fix things and will take any opportunity to pull out his tools. Ted still loves Colorado, and maintains rental properties there. He is also an avid hiker, cycler and a die-hard snowboarder.
