Steven Ginney graduated from the California State University at Sacramento with a degree in Economics. After obtaining his degree, he began his professional career in Information Science and Community Education as a Children’s Librarian at The El Dorado County Library. Steve took his knowledge and passion to educate, and helped to build a mortgage lender into the largest Reverse Mortgage lender in the country.

With more than 13 years of experience, Steve has the knowledge and expertise to help each of his customers structure the optimal reverse mortgage to achieve their financial goals. He prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long term goals, and finds the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Having helped hundreds of customers, Steve understands how confusing the home equity process can be and he works hard to walk each customer through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Because of his extensive knowledge of available programs, problem solving skills and steadfast commitment to customer service, Steve ensures his customers receive superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.

Steve resides in Davis, CA with his wife who is a university Professor, and his two children. His family loves the outdoors and is very active. When not outside, they can be found cooking some of the great locally grown fruits and vegetables found in the bountiful Sacramento Valley.
