Sean Alexander is originally from Medina, Ohio. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, Sean worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years where he learned the importance of customer service. He has worked a variety of jobs including managing a restaurant as well as owning his own small business as a Wedding Disc Jockey for the past 8 years.
His experiences prior to banking has allowed him to see many aspects of proving white glove customer service to his clients and has helped him become the perfectionist he is today when it comes to assisting his clients. With Sean’s father being a businessman himself, Sean has always looked up to him and has learned a lot throughout his life about the importance of hard work. Sean ensures that each client will be met with the utmost respect and integrity, as he is a strong believer that every business relationship must be centered around trust to create the best loan process experience for every single one of his clients.
Sean currently resided in Lakewood, Ohio. He is a proud single dog dad to his amazing 7 year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix named Sophie. Outside of work, Sean loves spending his time with Sophie, whether it is hanging out at the park or training for half-marathons. He is a huge Cleveland sports fan and enjoys white water rafting down in West Virginia. Sean has recently picked up on gardening and yard work since becoming a new homeowner.
