Scott Holt graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara with a degree in Communication Studies. Scott went to Westmont on a Soccer Scholarship and was awarded most inspirational player of the year. Being a college athlete taught him how hard work, commitment to excellence, and the importance of teamwork to reach the necessary team goals. After obtaining his degree he began an extensive career in teaching and coaching while living in Santa Barbara, CA. Scott also eventually started a career in selling residential real estate helping home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership.

Scott desires to have the heart of a teacher while he assists borrowers with their mortgage needs. He is committed to transparency, while willing to go above and beyond to ensure complete borrower satisfaction. Scott takes pride to the commitment of assisting borrowers nationwide to meet their home and financial goals, which is why he does everything he can to ensure his clients receive superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.

He currently resides in Apache Junction, Arizona with his wife and two dogs. In his free time, Scott enjoys time with his daughter, son in law and grandson. He truly enjoys the importance of family time.
