Scott Gross got started in the mortgage industry in 2000 when he went to work for a nationwide company while residing in Sacramento, California. In 2003, Scott moved to Dallas, Texas and continued his love of helping people achieve the American dream of home ownership. Scott graduated from Heald College in Sacramento, California with an AAS Paralegal degree, in 2012. Since that time, Scott relocated to the Pacific Northwest and has used his mortgage loan experience and his degree to further his ability to assist clients with their loans by being able to review, disseminate, and explain complex guidelines to borrowers, in a way they can understand.

With close to twenty years in the industry and added education, Scott has the experience to work with complex transactions to find suitable solutions that have assisted borrowers with getting loans closed that they didn’t think was possible. He comes with experience in credit report analysis, which allows him the ability to look at a credit report and show his clients how they can make improvements to their credit score. His knowledge of different property types, and different loan guidelines allows him the ability to assist clients and real estate partners when challenging issues arise. He gives one hundred percent to every client and to his team. Scott has grown in the business and has been in positions where he has helped people who desire being successful in this industry from one coast to the other.

When not dedicating his time to his clients, Scott enjoys playing the piano, riding his motorcycle and spending time at home with his many animals! He is a huge animal lover and has many rescued animals that he calls family. The Pacific Northwest allows for many outdoor activities, and he enjoys being outside. Whether working at home, or hiking with his dogs, he has a love for being active. Scott has devoted time to volunteering in his community and is always looking for new ways to reach out and help people.
