Scott Groce was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He studied Business Management at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business on a full academic scholarship. Prior to graduating, he was recruited by one of the largest investment firms in the country where he worked serving clients establish and execute tailored retirement strategies.

Scott has been in the financial sector for over a decade and brings this knowledge of retirement preparation to the table when discussing his client’s options with their mortgage financing. He had been recognized as a top performer at his prior bank and was recruited by The Federal Savings Bank. He is incredibly passionate for finance and believes more should be taught in one’s early years in this regard. He spends his free time reading about different retirement strategies and enjoys sharing his knowledge with his friends, family, and clients. He is incredibly knowledgeable in mortgage regulation personally holding over twenty different individual state licenses, all of which he studied for and tested to obtain. He sees an opportunity for every homeowner to dissect their overall finances to develop an individual strategy to meet their financial goals.

Outside of work, Scott recognizes first as a father and a partner to his wife Cheyanne and son Grayson. He values time with family and friends more than anything and regularly has friends over for BBQ’s and swimming to cool down during the hot Arizona summers. He has owned over 100 cars personally and is a car enthusiast and a self-proclaimed “YouTube Mechanic”. On weekends, Scott enjoys hunting for deals at neighborhood garage sales and thrift shopping. His biggest find to date was three Louis Vuitton purses purchased for $1 each all of which appraised for $2,000 collectively.
