Saif grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and Cleveland, Ohio. He subsequently received a scholarship to play football in Arizona while studying international business. He moved back to St. Louis and began his profession in the mortgage industry as a loan officer in 1999. After two years in the business, he opened his first mortgage branch office, helping borrowers either refinance or purchase homes. Saif’s mission was to run a branch that helped borrowers achieve all their mortgage needs along with mentoring and training all loan officers in these branches. After numerous years and multiple branches, Saif had an opportunity to move to Marrakech, Morocco for business. There he created, owned, and operated one of Morocco’s finest adventure touring companies, who won the Trip Advisors Award of Excellence for outstanding customer service 6 years in a row.
After achieving his goals in Marrakech, he then moved back to St. Louis to continue his passion for customer service back in the mortgage banking industry. In addition to refinance and purchase programs, Saif became an expert on the One Time Close Construction and Renovation Loans. He was Chief Production Specialist on the One Time Close Construction and Renovation loan segment. He received the utmost satisfaction from helping borrowers build or renovate the home of their dreams. Anybody who works with Saif, regardless of their needs, will receive nothing short of excellent customer service and care.
Exemplary customer service and hard work are the cornerstone values of his career in the mortgage banking industry. His passion for helping his customers is something he works tirelessly at. He will go above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy with their mortgage banking needs. When not working, he is either at the gym or on the Peloton. He loves spending time with his wife and has a guilty pleasure of watching Cobra Kai. When not doing that, they are out and about supporting local businesses in the Central West End, St. Louis where they reside with their defiant Pomeranian, Buddy.
