Mortgage Banker

Ryan Paschal began his mortgage career in 2010 in Addison, TX with a national credit union division, under the charter of a bank. Starting as a file set up clerk/receptionist he learned about mortgage loans and the intricacies of them. Within a short time, he was promoted to the role of Loan Officer. He spent several years originating loans for credit union members. As a loan officer, he got to know the complexities of a mortgage loan, and what is needed to write the most beneficial loan for his credit union members.

With over 10 years of mortgage experience, Ryan has the knowledge and expertise to help his borrowers, by originating the correct mortgage loan for his client’s needs and goals. With all his knowledge and member mortgage loan funding volume, he became a multiple President’s Club award-winning loan officer. He strives and challenges himself to provide a memorable and streamlined mortgage experience with every client he comes in contact with. Over the years, Ryan has made a goal for himself by his quote, “Referrals are the biggest form of compliment, and is why I am in this business”. This has allowed clients over the years to contact and send clients to him because they remembered their experience and wanted their friends, family, and co-workers to experience the same. Ryan believes that mortgage lending involves a signature touch, “It’s about helping people achieve their mortgage goals and needs, by treating every client like they are family”. Whether you are refinancing or purchasing, Ryan as your loan officer is on your side from start to finish, it truly is about you and your home loan needs and goals.

Ryan currently resides in McKinney, TX with his wife and 5 children. He enjoys bike riding, going to the gym, and is an avid foodie. His other hobbies include working on his truck and adding to his watch collection. Collecting watches started for him when his grandfather gave him a timepiece of his. His grandfather received this watch when he was starting as a foreman at General Dynamics, now Lockheed Martin. Time is priceless and for him, watches symbolize beauty in time and how to keep it. On the weekends, you can find him watching anything sports-related and completing his “Honey Do List” and enjoying his family.
