Mortgage Banker

Ruth Henriquez-Campos was born in El Salvador and was brought to the United States when she was 1-year-old. She grew up most of her life in the Northern Virginia area. During her childhood, she saw how her parents struggled with housing and understood the value of homeownership when her parents purchased their first home when she was 18. At the age of 19, she obtained her Real Estate license as a way to continue helping her community and means to pay for her education. During that time, she was able to obtain her degree at Marymount University.

Ruth quickly became a very successful real agent and in 2010 was recognized as one of the best realtors under the age of 30 by, REALTOR® Magazine's '30 Under 30'. She founded a real estate service company, a team that has consistently been placed as a Top Team in the country. She has been recognized locally by the Washingtonian Magazine, NAHREP, Northern Virginia Magazine, and Real Trends. Ruth is fully bilingual and enjoys assisting first time home buyers and move-up buyers in financing their homes. For the last 20 years, Ruth has had several certifications and accomplishments, such as being recognized in the elite Top Producer Club for PWAR and NVAR, Million Dollar Club recognition, a past President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) for the Washington Metro DC Chapter, and much more. She has mentored and coached other agents tools, effective tips, and strategies to increase business and tap into the minority market. Ruth is an advocate of homeownership and believes that by owning your own home, you are improving your lifestyle and the wellbeing of your community.

Ruth currently lives in the Northern Virginia area with her loving family, where she and her husband Orlando Campos are raising their teenage daughter and young son. She is an active member of her community, she spends her leisure time hiking in national parks, watching movies with her kids, and spending time with a different array of community activities. On the side, she enjoys buying investment properties, flipping them, and staging them just like you would see on HGTV.
