Ronald Thomas graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1996, where he also graduated from Air Assault School. After being commissioned as an Army Officer, he served five years in the US Army Transportation Corps supporting both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy in various seaport operations. Prior to joining The Federal Savings Bank, Ronald served as a Sales Engineer for a leading HVAC controls company, General Manager for a Fortune 50 Dow Jones component home improvement retail company, and Product Manager at our nation’s largest defense contractor. While working, Ronald also earned his MBA in 2013 from the Crummer Graduate School of Business’ Executive MBA Program at Rollins College.

He and his wife reside in the Torrey Hills neighborhood in San Diego, and outside of work he enjoys horseback riding, sailing, hiking, spending time at the beach, and exploring new restaurants throughout both San Diego County and Orange County.
