Robert (Rob) Koellner attended school in Colorado with a focus on Business Management and Entrepreneurship. He owned and operated small businesses from 1987 – 2000. It was the unique combination of managing businesses and being a true entrepreneur that led him into the mortgage industry, where he could continue with that same entrepreneurial spirit but without the brick-and-mortar aspect.
With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he has worked as a Correspondent Lender, Mortgage Broker, and Mortgage Banker. Rob enjoys offering a wide variety of loan products that will meet the needs of potential borrowers and past clients. His impeccable work ethic and dedication to producing results is what sets him apart. He knows and understands that each client is different, and he works hard to help identify their immediate needs and find solutions.
Rob currently resides in Fort Collins, Colorado with his lovely wife where they have four children and four grandchildren. In his free time, Rob enjoys camping, mountain biking, cooking, racket ball and learning about stocks and options.
