Randy Harsey studied at Christopher Newport University where he earned his BSBA in Economics. He later earned his Master of Divinity from Regent University and Master of Science in General Psychology from Walden University. However, he made sure to hit the ground running in the financial industry after completing his undergraduate degree. Over the years, Randy went on manage bank branches, mortgage teams and held investment licenses. He brings an incredible 26 years of experience to us here at The Federal Savings Bank.

Randy is married to Tracy, his wife (and college sweetheart) of 26 years, and they have 2 daughters and a son together. They enjoy quality time together, especially game night, which is always filled with lots of laughing.
