Paul Tamashiro was born and raised in Hawaii. Paul earned his BA Degree in Computer Science over the course of 14 years as he worked full-time while attending college on a part-time basis. Paul also knows the value of a hard work ethic, as he worked in the supermarket industry for 17 years, working his way up from bag boy to Buyer, and eventually Operations Coordinator for 3 different stores. Paul soon joined the Mortgage industry, and the rest is history!
Paul comes to The Federal Savings Bank with 33 years of industry experience. He has held multiple positions during his time in this field, from Mortgage Broker to managing a retail operation with over 20 loan officers and 10 processors. Paul prides himself on doing everything he can to help his borrowers find a mortgage product that fits their needs, no matter how long it takes. Paul is very patient and truly enjoys helping his clients prepare them for their first home, or a dream home. He considers himself a “Giver”, someone who has a true passion for helping people. If Paul can help just one more person to become a homeowner, he considers that a successful and fulfilling day.
Paul currently resides in his home state of Hawaii. He coached Park League baseball for 10 years and then went on to the High School level, where he has coached for 15 years to prep boys to play at the college level. When he is not coaching, he enjoys relaxing and spending time with family and friends.
