Paul grew up in upstate New York, where he attended Rochester Institute of Technology. As a lifelong athlete since his youth and multiple sports participant throughout his educational years, he learned the value of a team, contribution, and how to win and lose with grace. A former football player, coach, and owner in professional leagues, Paul approaches both his personal and professional life as one of a servant leader and coach. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with over 30 years’ experience in mortgage lending and financial services. He presently is the Education & Leadership Committee Chair for the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (NAPMW).

Paul has held senior production management positions at both the national and regional levels with both national banks and mortgage companies. He has personal experience in origination, process development, and underwriting. He has a passion for assisting others in their professional and personal growth to achieve their own goals and objectives. Exceeding three decades of experience in assisting borrowers, Paul has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the perfect mortgage solution to achieve their goals. Utilizing an advisor’s approach to all his customers' situations, he helps them find the best solution to achieve their objectives and long-term goals. Paul believes in the customer for life relationship, treating each one with the best service possible.

In any spare time, he can find to wind down, he plays the bass guitar or continues to experiment in his garden. He holds a private pilot’s license and loves photography. Paul and his wife enjoy the Northern Virginia countryside where they live. He is a dedicated family man, loves spending time with his four sons and their families. Having four grandchildren has changed he and his wife’s life and brought great joy to them both. Spending time with them is a highlight of their day.
