Patrick Nguyen was born and raised in Orange County, California, and graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Degree in Business Marketing. After obtaining his degree, Patrick was drawn to the mortgage industry because of its ability to provide a positive financial impact while helping others. Patrick has spent several years as a Loan Officer for one of the largest lenders in the country while earning multiple awards for closing efficiency and volume throughout his tenure.

Patrick’s objective with every customer is to be trustworthy, honest, and provide stellar customer service. His strength is his ability to understand each of his customer goals and needs to provide a solution to each customer’s unique finances. Patrick prides himself with superior knowledge in all residential mortgage programs to help the borrower find the perfect mortgage program and maximize their immediate and long-term goals.

Patrick resides in sunny southern California with his fiancé. He closely follows the NBA and enjoys all things related to cars. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercising, and traveling to new places.
