Patrick (Positive Pat) Latimer graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales. He hit the ground running and started his career in the mortgage industry shortly after graduating. Pat was placed into a mortgage training program where he graduated 4 weeks early and was rewarded the MVP of his class. He then was consistently a top producer in his department, and set sales records within the bank while motivating his team at the same time. Patrick’s positivity and quick learning ability have driven him to a joyful life in the mortgage industry.
Patrick takes pride in his ability to help his clients achieve the dream of homeownership. He has a superior way of simplifying the mortgage process for his clients to ensure they are educated and fully understand every step of the process from application to close. Patrick effectively works with his clients to create an action plan that will accomplish all their financial goals. Because of his extensive knowledge of available programs, problem solving skills and commitment to excellence, Patrick ensures his clients receive superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.
Patrick comes from a long history of veterans. His grandfather was a member of the U.S. Merchant Marines during World War II and a member of the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. He takes great pride in his family history. Outside of work, Patrick is extremely active in his community as volunteer, primarily coaching grade school baseball. He also enjoys spending time on the golf course with his friends. Patrick is a huge Cleveland Cavaliers fan.
