Nikolais comes from a military family. His father and grandfather served in the Army as first lieutenants, and his mother was a lieutenant in the Navy. He is an Arizona transplant by way of Arizona State University, where he played collegiate football for the university. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from W.P. Carey School of Business. His passion for finance and education lead him to a career in financial services.
Nikolais obtained his series 7 and 66 securities licenses while working for one of the largest private wealth management firms in the world where he then found his passion for lending. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge is the reason for his success. He aims to provide a world-class experience by having a customer-first mindset. His passion to provide a unique customer experience based on their goals and needs has helped him create lasting relationships with his customers.
Nikolais’s military upbringing includes stops from Fort Benning to Fort Lewis, but he now calls Scottsdale home. In his free time, he enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time with his family.
