Nawal Zayed is originally from Lombard, IL. She studied at Loyola University and Lewis University in pursuit of her B.S. in Nursing, but he later realized that, while she does truly love helping other people, the nursing field was not for her. Soon after this realization, she joined the mortgage industry and hasn’t looked back since.
Nawal brings over a decade of experience to us here at The Federal Savings Bank. All this time in the industry has made her an absolute pro at VA lending, whether it be for financing a home or consolidating debt. What makes Nawal so successful in her role in general, though, is her genuine and compassionate personality. She understands how long and confusing this process can be, which is why she always takes the time to communicate clearly and honestly with her clients every step of the way. This allows her to better understand her clients and their goals, while also taking as much stress off their plate as possible. Nawal is fully committed to providing excellent customer service to anybody she works with. She will always do what she can to put a smile on someone’s face!
Nawal currently resides in Oakbrook, Illinois with her 6-year-old son. They adopted 2 kittens during the pandemic, Kiki and Brownie. Nawal’s son is her absolute world, lighting up every fiber of her being. When she is not playing with him, Nawal enjoys getting outside to run or exercise in any way she can. She also enjoys volunteering in her community whenever she finds the time.
