Nathanial Clement graduated from SUNY Oswego with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and an emphasis in Conflict Management. Through high school and college, Nathanial developed a strong work ethic by working many odd jobs in addition to being a supervisor at a grocery store for over 7 years. After earning his college degree, Nathanial spent nearly 7 years with the largest property/casualty insurance company in the country where he held numerous positions as an analyst and a manager in both the claims and banking divisions. His time there helped him sharpen his customer service, analytical, and management skills.

Nathanial then transitioned into the wealth management industry where he spent his time in business development and relationship management for a holding company of broker-dealers. There, he launched the Chief Revenue Office resulting in a 25% increase in new advisors in 2019 and close to a 40% increase through Q3 of 2020. Additionally, he sharpened his skills in process, efficiency, and sales by implementing a CRM service across several entities, departments, and teams with over 150 end users. Due to his extensive knowledge in finance, banking, analysis, and process, Nathanial offers a special blend of what it takes to be highly impactful to both his customers and team members.

Outside of work, Nathanial likes to keep busy by spending time with family, enjoying new foods, traveling, and playing the sports he’s still able to.
