Natasha Brown-Walcott earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in international business from the esteemed University of Technology Jamaica. Following the completion of her degree, she embarked on an illustrious professional journey in the field of consumer lending and financial services for over a decade. During this time, she has thrived as a dedicated loan officer within various roles from a Business Development Representative to Retail Sales Officer and her last position being a Business Banker. Her vast experience has also allowed her to provide invaluable guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs in their own endeavors to enhance and grow their ventures.
Combining 11 years working in the financial sector and 4 years in consumer lending including mortgage lending in Jamaica, Natasha has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. She was a top loan officer with a major commercial bank in Jamaica and won several awards for meeting and exceeding her sales targets each year. She prides herself on taking the time needed to understand her customers’ immediate long-term and short-term goals and finding the best financial solutions to suit the customers’ needs. She understands how confusing the homebuying process can be and she works hard to walk each client through it in an organized and efficient manner. Natasha will ensure that each of her clients receives superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.
Natasha currently resides in Texas and prioritizes her family, spending the majority of her time with her husband and son who have a shared passion for swimming. Additionally, she thoroughly enjoys exploring culinary experiences and regularly indulges in dining at various restaurants.
