Michael (Mike) Pierce is originally from Los Angeles, California. He is currently in the process of continuing his education in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration on Human Resources. Mike also served in the Army for 21 years and held positions such as Operations Center HR Manager and Joint Sr. HR Manager. He even earned his fair share of Service Medals during his time in the military. Mike is joining the mortgage industry to put his skillset to great use: helping people achieve their financial goals!
Mike comes to us here at The Federal Savings Bank with an incredible drive to help others. As an Army Veteran, Mike has a natural care and sense of empathy for other people. He uses that trait of his to connect with each of his clients, in order to better understand their financial situation and objectives moving forward. Mike will then stop at nothing to try and find the best possible solution for his clients to reach the financial state they are aiming for! Anybody who has the opportunity to work with Mike will quickly see how much he cares and how hard he works to get the job done.
Mike currently resides in Tacoma, Washington, with his partner and their blended family. Mike is a proud father of 2 girls and 1 boy, and he spends time with them as much as he can. In his free time, you can find Mike exploring new restaurants and cuisines, or staying active on the basketball court and in the boxing in the ring (he has to stay in shape to balance his food intake!). Mike also loves going out for a ride on his motorcycle whenever he can.
