Melissa Hernandez attended Chattahoochee Tech where she pursued a degree in Marketing. She has always had a passion for helping people so she started her career in the financial services industry as a sales representative, which helped pave her transition into the mortgage industry. Melissa now brings her highly-developed client skills and talents to the team here at The Federal Savings Bank.
Her extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and relentless work ethic have allowed Melissa to build a reputation for structuring the most optimal mortgages and helping her clients meet their financial goals. Her mission is to deliver the highest quality customer experience to her clients throughout the entire loan process. Melissa loves the outdoors, often venturing out on scenic hikes and going rock climbing. She currently resides in Sandy Springs, Georgia with her loyal canine companion and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
