Mary Linda Paulino

Mortgage Banker

Mary “Linda” Paulino graduated from Robert Morris College in Chicago, with a certification in Business Administration and later continued her education at DePaul University. While attending school, she was presented with an opportunity to join a local mortgage broker in the Humboldt Park area of Chicago as a Loan Officer trainee working part time. Linda eventually took a full time positon in Advertising & Marketing, but continued working part time as a Loan Officer to take advantage of the opportunity to establish herself in the nearby communities. During this time, she developed a passion for working with first time homebuyers who had the dream of becoming homeowners. Linda dedicated her time to providing first time homebuyers education seminars locally and through a local radio talk show. This opportunity showed her that her real passion was in the mortgage finance industry.

In the 23 years that she has been in the mortgage business, Linda has worked her way up the ladder and has held positions such as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, and is now a Vice President with The Federal Savings Bank. Her extensive mortgage experience has given her the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. After helping hundreds of clients, she understands how intimidating the home buying process can be and therefore works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Linda’s knowledge of available programs and problem solving skills ensure that her borrowers are receiving superior guidance as they pursue the largest investment in their lives.

Linda currently resides in Orlando, Florida with her husband, a veteran of the Marine Corp and retired Chicago Fire Fighter, and their son and daughter. When she is away from work her free time is devoted to spending quality time with her family.
