Marcus Reeves graduated from Loyola University, majoring in Computer Science with an Information Systems Management emphasis. After school, Marcus spent several years with McDonald’s Corporation in Operation’s where he eventually became a Business Consultant responsible for sales, and marketing for 47 store locations. Marcus maintained the #1 (OSAT) in the South East Region where he was responsible for overseeing staff, marketing, sales, and food cost. Marcus was a nominee for the Ray Kroc award during his leadership classes at Hamburger University where he graduated. For his knowledge and his proven ability to build sales, provide exceptional customer service, and leadership. After 17 exciting years with the golden arches Marcus wanted to take on a different path.

He wanted to come back home to Chicago and when the opportunity was presented, he took the role of Project Manager for Rush University Hospital in the IT department in Chicago. Getting back home enabled him to pursue his passion, which was mortgage lending. Marcus was referred to some of the most successful mortgage companies in Chicago but decided he wanted to join the best of the best in the industry, The Federal Savings Bank. With his expertise and knowledge in purchasing, rehabbing, and refinancing, Marcus can ensure that his clients receive the best guidance as they make one of the most important financial purchases of their life. He prides himself in treating each client with the utmost respect and providing clear communication to ensure they have a stress-free experience throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, he enjoys the game of football with his son, who is a student-athlete at Michigan State University. When it’s quiet, Marcus loves just taking a walk along Lake Shore Drive, especially in the evenings.
