Luis Angel Lajara joined the Federal Savings Bank in 2024. As a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with 8 years of experience, he has seen and done various types of loans in different states across the country. His main goal is to find the right program that fits each client’s individual needs.
With the experience and knowledge obtained throughout the years in both the mortgage and real estate industry, Luis’ objective is always to focus on providing a smooth and transparent experience for the clients from the moment they do the loan application to the moment they reach the closing table. He has worked with first time home buyers as well as seasoned investors. Each client is different and as a result, each one deserves a specific analysis of their current situation. The goal is to get the client ready to buy by providing education and guidance throughout the purchase process. Being a Spanish Speaker, Luis also works a lot with the Hispanic community helping them through how to own their first home and reaching their American Dream.
Luis enjoys family time more than anything else and this is the motor for his work ethic and passion for the mortgage industry and helping others. Reading and physical activities are among other personal passions of his.
