Lloyd Almond worked as a multi-location business owner in Reno, Nevada, but before enlisting the US Army following the attack on the World Trade Center towers in 2001. He served as a Human Intelligence Collector and Persian-Farsi linguist and served in tours to both Afghanistan and Iraq. During his time abroad, Lloyd worked with foreign military soldiers, tribal elders and local politicians to ensure the integrity of U.S. interests abroad. Between his tours, he returned to Nevada and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Political Science Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Affairs, and studied abroad in Tel Aviv, Israel, completing a Master of Arts Degree in Security & Diplomacy Studies from Tel Aviv University. The majority of Lloyd’s professional experience has been working for the Department of Defense. Upon retirement from service, Lloyd was looking for a career that still allowed him to serve his community, and found this in the mortgage lending industry.

Lloyd knows and understands that each of his clients are different, and works hard to help identify their immediate and long term financial goals. He relies on this knowledge and his strong attention to detail to help find the best loan product to meet their goals. Lloyd works hard to provide a seamless loan process that is driven by strong customer service to all of his clients.

Lloyd currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona. In his free-time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle through the desert, physical fitness activities, and continues his quest for education and adventure in everyday life.
