Lis Perez is a Venezuelan immigrant, and Spanish is her main language. She graduated from the University in Venezuela as an Accountant. After immigrating to the United States, Lis began her career in financial services and mortgage loans using her passion for helping her Latino community and her love for numbers! Shortly after arriving in Tennessee, Lis spent several years learning English and began working at commercial banks as a Relationship Banker. Later, Lis began building her career as a talented, trusted and Bilingual Mortgage Banker.
With years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, Lis has the knowledge, experience, and desire to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. Lis lives in Nashville with her husband and two little boys. Her family is active in the Nashville Latino community. Lis also has a love for travel and enjoys plenty of outdoor activities.
