Lance Pack

Mortgage Banker

Lance T Pack enlisted into the United States Army as a Combat Medic for 4 years. He was stationed in Washington, D.C. at WRAMC Delta Company where he had the privilege of standing beside the 3rd US infantry and the Honor Guard. He was tasked as medical liaison for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Emergency Clinics at the Pentagon and Fort Myer, Virginia. Lance returned home to his blue-collar roots of Chicago and began work on the railroad until he found his true calling of helping homeowners achieve the American Dream.

With 12 years of experience, Lance’s dedication has earned him high regards throughout the Veteran and real estate communities as a “stand-up guy” who gets the job done. He is certified in many aspects of the mortgage process including Military Relocation by the CAR, Down Payment Assistance, Bond, VA, CEMA(NY), FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Condos. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, trading up, downsizing, or simply wishing for a change, Lance can help you before you even make an offer on a property. He can sit down with you and look over your budget to help you get a clear picture of what loan is realistic. There are many factors to consider when getting a home loan and Lance will help you examine them all so that you can make the best decision for your needs.

Lance’s free time is spent underwater as an avid wreck diver. He is also proactive at the American Legion and VFW. But if you can’t find him there, he’s probably at a baseball game eating a Chicago style dog with a cold Old Style.
