Kurt Drohan graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications. After many successful years in telecommunications, he wanted to pursue a career in the financial and real estate market, and began a career as a mortgage loan officer. Kurt found his passion as a loan officer and worked his way up to a Vice President. Throughout his career, he has achieved numerous industry awards including rookie of the year to President Club and Chairman Circle. Kurt continues to thrive in this career today helping consumers achieve home ownership.

With more than 15 years mortgage lending expertise, Kurt has a proven track record to assist his clients with the right mortgage solution. Whether a first-time buyer, move up buyer, high-end buyer or refinance homeowner, he provides his clients with the necessary tools to feel supported as they navigate the mortgage process. Kurt’s goal is to make sure his clients understand the mortgage process, from what is needed to gain loan approval to setting proper expectations before, during and post-closing. Working with him means feeling confident and walking away from the process with a full appreciation of the home buying experience. With a high level of integrity and honesty combined with directness and a good sense of humor, Kurt’s has a keen ability to make his clients feel comfortable and less stressed throughout the home buying process.

Kurt and his wife, Jennifer, live in Aurora, Illinois with their two boys, Max and Charlie, and family dog, Roxy. His family attends Grace United Methodist Church in Naperville. As an active member of the community, over the past 9 years, Kurt has been a Head Coach & Commissioner in Saint Raphael Youth Football in Naperville. He is now a part of the booster club with Waubonsie Valley High School and continues to support local activities.
